A Bar Association has a sensitive and committed role to play in the administration
of justice. The Bar judges the Judges
and the Bar Association judges the Bar itself through an efficient networking of
its members. Doubtless, it has to be
in the vanguard for upholding the democratic values that our Constitution stands
and provides for.
In this regard, the Delhi High Court Bar Association has a unique
